Experienced members of our team can be appointed Receivers by court following an application by the holder of a floating charge or other creditors of the company.

Court appointment is sought mostly where:

1. a court procedure is required in protecting, collecting and realizing the charged or other assets of the company;
2. there is a requirement to manage the business and affairs of the company or claim and realize assets especially where these extend outside the Republic of Cyprus;
3. the Receiver should act as an officer of the court.
